Trust
A grandfather gently pushing a child on a swing is a beautiful picture of trust. It may bring back warm memories of carefree afternoons at the neighbourhood playground, where laughter filled the air and little hands held tightly to the swing’s chains without fear. The child does not worry about the next push because they trust the loving hands behind them. Such simple moments often remind us that love grows where trust is nurtured.
Life also has its seasons when we cannot see what lies ahead. We may face uncertainty, unanswered questions, or unexpected changes. Yet God’s grace invites us to trust Him as a child trusts a caring grandparent. Though we cannot always see His plans, we can rest in the assurance that His hands are steady, His timing is perfect, and His love never fails.
One of God’s precious blessings is the gift of faithful relationships. Through parents, grandparents, mentors, and friends, He gives us glimpses of His steadfast care. Their encouragement, wisdom, and quiet presence remind us that we are deeply loved, and they point us to the greater faithfulness of our Heavenly Father, who walks with us through every season of life.

Bible Verse:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5–6 WEB
Blessings:
God blesses us with His unfailing love, His faithful guidance, and people who reflect His care through their encouragement and steadfast presence. As we place our trust in Him, He gives us peace for today, courage for tomorrow, and the assurance that His grace will carry us through every season.
Reflection Point:
Trust grows when we remember God’s faithfulness in the past and choose to place today’s uncertainties into His loving hands. Every season of grace is an invitation to rely more deeply on the One who never lets us go.
Reflection Question:
What is one area of your life that God is inviting you to entrust to Him today, and who has He used to remind you of His faithful care?
Action to Consider for this week:
Encourage someone who may be facing uncertainty. Offer a listening ear, share a word of hope, or pray with them, reminding them that they do not have to face life’s journey alone.
